La Lande Sud is our small country estate with 2 houses each having their own large private gardens with swimming pools and outdoor terraces. Situated in a perfect setting on a hillside with panoramic views of the valley, the property is 2 kms from the small hamlet of Bouteilles St Sebastien and 5 kms from Saint Severin which has a range of local shops and amenities. The old market towns of Riberac, Verteillac and Aubeterre are approximately 15 minutes away. The houses were built in the mid-80’s in the Perigourdine style using old materials where possible, and combine the best of modern facilities in a traditional style. Passiflora [Ref: D2] Beamed country house with very comfortable accommodation, large garden, shady outdoor terrace and excellent swimming pool. Sleeps 8 people with 4 double bedrooms + cots for babies and small children.
