garden is fully fenced and has beautiful views across the valley. There is
a large swimming pool, 9m x 4m with sunbathing terraces, a dining terrace
and a poolside kitchen equipped with gas cooker, hob, sink, and fridge
freezer, crockery and cutlery for poolside dining. |

You approach Passiflora from the drive and parking area, down stone steps
leading to a shady gravelled courtyard outside the front door. The hallway leads
to the modern fully equipped kitchen with built in sink and worktops,
wall cupboards, gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and
washing machine.

From the entrance hall a door leads
into a large double bedded room with sitting area. A door leads
from this bedroom into a twin bedded room with ensuite shower
room with basin and a separate wc. These rooms are ideal for a family
with children. There is a second bathroom which leads off the
sitting room with bath, shower, basin and wc. A
hallway from the kitchen door leads into the sitting room
traditionally furnished with beamed ceiling, digital TV and video. |
| Double french doors lead to a
covered/shady outside dining terrace. A further set of double doors
lead through to a breakfast room/sun room with dining table and
chairs, and sofa seating. A door from the sun room leads to a twin
bedded room overlooking the swimming pool with ensuite bathroom
comprising a bath, shower, basin and wc. |

A corridor from the sunroom leads
along a hallway to a spiral staircase to the 4th bedroom which
is upstairs. This is a large double bedded room with seating
area/coffee table and french doors leading on to a balcony overlooking
the garden and further windows overlooking the swimming pool. This bedroom
has an ensuite shower room, basin and wc. The views from the
balcony are superb. |
| In Passiflora the floors
are tiled throughout with rugs. The house offers very comfortable modern
accommodation with character in the Perigourdine style. Books, games &
videos are provided and there is a children's play are in the grounds. |
