All prices are quoted in pounds sterling

After confirmation of availability, you will receive a brochure on the property together with a booking form which should be completed and returned to us together with your deposit by sterling cheque. An acknowledgement, confirmation and final invoice will then be sent to you.
The deposit is 30% of the total price of the holiday.

Final payment will be required 8 weeks before your holiday date when payment should be made in full direct to us by sterling cheque. The final payment should include a separate cheque for £250 as a security/damage deposit which will be returned to you after your holiday. Any damages incurred will be taken from this amount and the balance returned to you by cheque direct to your home address.
Final details and directions to the property will be sent to you together with a receipt two weeks before the date of your holiday.

A £250 security deposit is payable with your final invoice to cover any damages that may be incurred to the property and contents during your stay. This will be returned in full after your holiday. However, if any damages are incurred these will be deducted from this amount and the balance returned to you.

These are included in the price of your holiday.

Your holiday price does not include insurance cover and you should arrange this direct with your own insurance company or travel company.

All arrivals and departures are on Saturdays; you should arrive at the property from 4.00 pm onwards and you should leave by 10.00 am on the last morning of your holiday. Our local agents will arrange for keys to be left at the property on arrival, with instructions for leaving the keys on departure.
During low season and the winter months, arrangements can be made for different arrival and departure days.

All properties can be reserved for a minimum duration of one week, and any number of weeks throughout the year subject to availability. During high season, July and August, two week rentals are preferred, however, it may be possible to rent a property for one week, subject to availability.

All our properties are available to rent during the winter months for short or long term lets.

Swimming Pools

All swimming pools are open, maintained and regularly cleaned and checked twice a week during the summer season, May to end September. 

All properties are thoroughly cleaned in between rentals and are prepared for your arrival on Saturday afternoons. For 2 week lets, properties are cleaned on the middle Saturday and fresh linen and towels supplied.
Although the properties are cleaned after your departure for the following clients, you are expected to leave the property tidy and in good order.
If you require maid service during your holiday this can be arranged on request.

We  provide you with a welcome pack containing breakfast pain au lait, butter, marmalade, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, water, beer & wine, fruit and yoghurts

All linen, bathroom towels, kitchen tea towels, washing up liquid and cleaning materials are provided within the rental price.  Swimming towels are provided.

We are pet lovers, but even though EEC regulations have recently relaxed, you are asked not to take pets to our properties.

Televisions/Videos and Hi Fi equipment, Library and Games

At Chevrefeuille and Passiflora we have satellite television, VHS videos and CD/Cassette players.
A good selection of books & games are available at all properties

Cots & high chairs are available on request, and there is a children’s play area at Lalande Sud in the Dordogne.

Our local Agents in  the Dordogne are always available to provide help and local information.
